This is a US-made Nocturne Guitars 88 Deluxe custom / handmade clear electric Telecaster-style guitar . The guitar features a piano keyboard embedded in a clear-epoxy resin body.

This 88 Deluxe has Fender Tex-Mex pickups in both the neck and bridge positions, and Kluson Deluxe tuners. The resin body, Fender pickups, and maple / rosewood neck gives this guitar an amazing resonance, and a clarity and cutting tone which cannot be understated.

The piano keyboard comes from a 1920s baby grand. The keys were well played and worn at the time they were laid into the resin. They were taken from a non-functioning piano which was in the process of being broken down.

The serial number is A-00004.

This is a new instrument. The heating from the epoxy resin process can cause some minor bubbles or particles to be lifted from the piano keyboard that is over 100 years old. The build quality is excellent. All parts, components, etc. are brand new. You will be the first owner.

The guitar plays very well with clean, low action , and has been set up and ready to play .

The guitar comes with a brand new Crossrock form-fitting hard case.

The environment is important to us. At Golden Pickups, our packaging will be made of recycled materials and recyclable materials. We use the following recyclable packing material or recycled packing material:

Cardboard boxes for larger items or recycled-paper padded envelopes for small part or flat items. We do not use plastic envelopes or plastic containers. Paper packing tape is used to seal boxes . Clear packing tape (plastic) may be used in a limited way to join pieces of bubble wrap or for affixing a label. Kraft paper for padding and space/void filling : is made from 100% recycled paper and is fully recyclable. Biodegradable peanuts for padding : are made from organic starch and decomposes in water leaving no toxic waste. Simply dissolve in water or place loosely in a garbage bag since they will decompose in a landfill. Recycled green bubble wrap , that is made from up to 40% recycled content with up to 20% from post-consumer sources. We will re-use other packing material from time to time.
