Description
PROJECT GUITAR: Ibanez RG140 electric guitar made in April 1988 Pusan, Korea. This guitar features two single-coil pickups in the rhythm / neck position and mid position. It has a humbucker at the lead / bridge position. The pots and switch are in the body of the guitar. The neck is super straight and the frets are a little worn but there is enough life in them. The guitar has a very unique look.
Here is a list of items missing from the guitar:
- Top nut
- Input jack is missing
- Tone and volume control knobs
- Switch knob
- Tremolo bridge and block, tremolo bar, and springs
- Back spring cover
- 4 screws holding down the volume/tone back plate
- There are various dings and scratches along the body. The tuners are a little rusty and need to be polished out with fine steel wool.
I’m assuming the body color and paint is original, although I don’t know for sure.
