This is a 1988 Takamine EF-340 dreadnought electric acoustic guitar in very good condition. This dreadnought is a wonderful guitar with a full and warm sound. You can tell when you hold and play this guitar that is a high-quality instrument. The high-gloss solid spruce top, mahogany sides and neck look and feel amazing. It plays incredibly well and stays in tune as you would want. 

The guitar sounds great unplugged and plugged in. The electronic equalizers make it easy to adjust the sound and the under-saddle pickup captures a true acoustic sound. This guitar is all original. It comes with a really nice case that is velvet lined and lightweight.

This guitar features the following:

  • Solid spruce top, mahogany sides and neck
  • Takamine tuners
  • 3-way equalizer with Gain, Treble and Bass
  • Rosewood bridge
  • Rosewood fingerboard
  • Mother-of-pearl dot inlays
  • Mother-of-pearl dot inlay in the bridge

Condition:

  • The overall condition is very good to excellent possibly.
  • There are age appropriate very minor scratches in the finish and small bump marks, but nothing large or significant.
  • Minor fret wear in the first few frets on the treble side, but does not affect playing.
  • There is slight hazing in a couple of spots on the top board when you look at the guitar from a very specific angle. For example, if you are looking flat across the guitar from the neck to the bottom bought, you will see a little hazing near the sound hole and pickguard about the size of a golf ball. This is not noticeable otherwise.
  • Low action and a straight neck.
  • The bridge has a small repair under around the holes of a couple of bridge pins (this will likely not even be seen in the pictures).

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and it must be returned within 14 days of your purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There will be a 3% return fee deducted from the original amount. For example, if the purchase price was $100, you will receive $97.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
