Description
Up for sale is this high-quality Alden TV Cruiser Blues Line electric guitar. This guitar is a stunner, with it’s clean, black glossy finish, engraved metal pickguard, three humbuckers and abalone inlays set into a gorgeous 24-fret rosewood fingerboard. It is in near mint condition. Alden guitars is a company started by Alan David Entwistle (AL-D-EN).
The style of this guitar is similar to the one made famous by Tony Zemaitis and played by guitarists like Ron Wood, Keith Richards, Marc Bolan and George Harrison.
The guitar’s body is likely mahogany, though it is difficult to tell due to the fact that it does not have any chips and virtually no scratches. The set neck is also likely mahogany, with a rosewood fingerboard bound in a pearloid material. The guitar is solid feeling, weighing in at 7lbs and 14 oz.
The humbuckers sound incredible, and despite the guitar’s name (Blues Line), this instrument can easily be used to play any kind of music. To me, it sounds a bit like a Les Paul. It doesn’t have the same amount of drive that a Gibson Les Paul has, but it still has a great humbucker sound.
The original hard shell case is included.
