This is an Alvarez CY-118 (CY118) Classical Acoustic Guitar by Kazuo Yairi in beautiful and excellent condition. It features a solid cedar top and rosewood sides. It has an ebony fretboard and bone saddle and nut.
 
The guitar is beautiful looking and has a very inviting warm color and finish. When played, the guitar rings out warmly and fully. It is a high-quality instrument in feeling, look and sound.

Inside the guitar you will find both the original label and an etched stamp for Kazuo Yairi. The interior structure is sound and shows no sign of repairs. The neck is straight and the frets have plenty of life, since they are in excellent condition. The tuners work perfectly and are in excellent condition.
 
The condition:

• Overall in excellent condition.
• There are minor pick marks on the soundboard.
• Two very small dings or marks near the binding.
• Very few, barely noticeable, blemishes or scuffs on the back.
• Minor scratch below the bridge (1/4″ – hardly noticeable).
• Slight lacquer oxidation on the top of the bridge (not noticeable in pictures).
• Tape residue on the inside label.
