Description
This is a vintage unmarked Gretsch Clarophone (circa 1930s) resonator banjolele (banjo ukulele) in very good condition. It comes with its original chip-board case (in rough condition). It has a maple closed-back and maple sides. The solid maple neck is beautifully constructed and has excellent grain. The celluloid tuners are original.
The banjo head appears to be natural skin and is in excellent condition. One of the 10 ring tensioners is replaced. There are 8 sound holes around the sides. There are no crack or repairs anywhere.
